Fried rice combination(house special) and the Egg Rolls the best

I found the food to be very bland. Not just one one dish but all of it. Hot and sour soup, broccoli in garlic sauce, egg foo young, and lo mein were all bland. On the plus side, the food is ready for pick up super quick, they're open late and the price is reasonable.

First Time. Some Food Was OK. Chicken wasn't good. Wonton soup was ok. Disappointed. Definitely not great Chinese food.

the only star were giving this restaurant is because the delivery was prompt and courteous. the food was terrible. wonton soup was like water and a hot and sour soup was taste was tasteless. an order of Szechuan chicken had maybe 3 or 4 pieces of chicken in it and no flavor. the vegetable dish was like vegetables in water. perhaps they do better if you're sitting in the restaurant but I'll never find out.

Very good Chinese takeout! Everything we've ever ordered from here was delicious, but I'd say our favorites are the egg foo yong and the happy family. The food is always hot, fresh and delicious and at a reasonable price.

I've been going here for years and only recently has the quality and quantity of their food change. I order the Chef's Special Steak and Shrimp. I also requested and paid for extra shrimp ($2.00) making my total $13.95. The menu stated it was sautéed shrimp and veggies with a steak on top. What I got was 10 med shrimp and 9 slices of beef, approx 3oz. I called to see if they screw up and ask what the meal was. The girl told me it was shrimp in veggies with a steak on top. When I explained what I received, she changed her description and became rude. I will never order from there again.

After seeing all the reviews here I figured I'd found my new local chinese takeout spot, but honestly I wasn't really impressed with the food. The General Tso chicken was majority gooey batter with little chicken and the house rice had a burnt flavor to it that I just couldn't get over so I tossed the whole meal. My friend ordered garlic chicken something or other, and she said hers was fine. I think I will venture further for my chinese takeout in future.

Blah. I don't understand the positive reviews here. This is average at best. I got General Tso as take out, the combo. The egg roll was ok. When home, I put the food on a plate and the styrofoam container was all melted into the food. That means I ate styrofoam for dinner (I was too hungry and too tired to take it back). The whole meal tasted like melted plastic. What ever happened to Chinese takeout boxes?? Needless to say, not going back. Two stars only bc the woman who was working was nice, and efficient.

This has become my favorite place for delivery when I don't feel like cooking. The food is excellent, as is the service. I've never had any problems and they have been very accommodating when I had to order a dish without a certain ingredient.

Finally a place that makes quality dumplings. Every other Chinese place can't compare. The skins are thin and delicate and the ground pork filling was full of flavor. The broth for the wonton soup was bland but salt was the remedy, and the wontons were very tasty. Must return to try their Ma Po Tofu, one of my favorite dishes of all time!

Ok, after trying every other Chinese take out in Boynton, I've upped this a star, mostly because it's better than the others and it's consistent. Still not a very adventurous menu, but the standards are done a notch above the rest. Our go to for last minute take-out.

Gross!!!! I am being generous by giving them one star. I ordered shrimp with lobster sauce which was basically a thick flavorless sauce and four shrimps. Then I also ordered the Mongolian beef but what we received was mongolian chicken. I called up to receive the right order delivered to my house and when they showed up they asked for the wrong order back. Frist the lady tried to argue with me saying that the order was right and I'm wrong, then when I asked on the phone if she wanted then food back she said no so I threw it away along with the disgusting shrimp and lobster sauce. The delivery guy said that we could have our correct order if we paid half price for the food. At this point I was fuming and told him to keep his food and to leave. I would never recommend this place not just because there food was horrible but there customer service is less then substandard!!!!!

Food is delicious! Ordered the House Special Egg Foo Young Dinner Combo! The service was quick and friendly! The price was just right! Portion sizes are great: had enough to enjoy the next day! One of the best Egg Foo Young dishes I've had in a really long time!

I rarely ever crave Chinese take-out and my buddy always says it's because I've probably never really had GREAT Chinese take-out. Well, now I have. Wing Wah has impressed me with its clean establishment, friendly staff, efficient service and extremely tasty food. I had the honey garlic chicken and could instantly taste the difference in quality between the chicken used here and other places I've been to in the past. The sauce was flavorful and delicious. I must say I enjoyed every bite, and I would normally never say that about other Chinese take-out. The power of the egg roll compels me... I give Wing Wah an easy 4 stars. It's simply the best place of its kind around here. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

my favorite place for Chinese take-out. I always order the General Tso chicken - perfectly hot and delicious. they know our exact order when we walk in and prepare the bag with no extra sauce packets to reduce waste just as we request.

Let me start by saying I have never actually been inside this place. All of my orders have been delivery so I can't comment on the location itself. I've always thought I had good Chinese places around where I've lived. I mean, how bad could it be? Well now I know how bad every other Chinese place I've ever ordered from really was. This place is just AWESOME! Every dish is just that much better than other Chinese places. Their Singapore noodles are amazing, their bourbon chicken delicious, honey chicken orgasmic! Ok maybe that's exaggerating, but it's good... really good. I find myself craving Chinese now instead of it being a last resort kinda thing. Delivery is always super fast although we live pretty close.

As many other Yelpers have expressed, I too tried this place because of the high average rating. - What I thought initially - "this is going to be awesome!" - The reality - disappointment city. My boyfriend and I were pretty hungry so we were excited to have found a Chinese delivery place so close to our (at the time) new residence. We placed our order with ease and the food arrived quickly. It even smelled good, which was promising. The General Tso's and Sesame Chicken were made with meat of a questionable nature. I'm not sure if it was chicken that had possibly been tenderized to a point of becoming gelatinous, or if it was just overly processed. I don't know what was going on with the texture but neither my boyfriend nor I could finish our main courses. The fried rice was terrible, too. It was an unnatural, bright yellow color and tasted like nothing but sodium. I don't remember what else we had, unfortunately, but I know for sure that my boyfriend and I will never order from here again. If only the food was as good as their service, this would be our go-to Chinese delivery spot. *Please note: I have ordered from here only once, about 7 months ago, but the impression was such that I remember how awful it was and feel compelled to inform others about my experience. I don't like to give a negative review when everything BUT the food was perfectly fine. However, I feel I don't have much of a choice in this case.*

Ugh, I really wish this place was as good as the reviews said. This was my order. General tso - the sauce was nice and spicey, but the chicken was fatty and gelatinous, and very small pieces Pork fried rice - was not fried, more like yellow rice with chewy pork and bean sprouts Wanton soup - which was bland and the meat inside looks weird.... Krab ragoon - my favorite thing to eat, average at best, with too much onion Lastly the egg roll was tiny and burnt. I usually never complain, but this was just awful. I was very disappointed. Guess I'll keep looking for a good Chinese place in Boynton.

The flavor to the vegetables low main was very good and the steak was good the rice was ok had better but the wait was a little disappointing. We waited an hour for the delivery.

I got take out from here a couple of times. The food quality is very good. They have one of my favorite dishes of fried tofu and mixed vegetables. Usually I don't think Chinese restaurants do that dish as well as Japanese and Thai. I was pleasantly surprised. They did a great job and the food was very flavorful. My only issue is all of their soups are meat based broths so I could not have any. I would love to see them offer a soup that is suitable for vegans. The food is good and I would recommend them.

I was really hoping for a new go to Chinese restaurant Boynton. New York style Chinese food check Great Yelp reviews check Delivery in my neighborhood check Why not try it out I thought to myself... The SO and I really decide on Chinese food based on how a place does double sauteed pork I know it seems like nominal criteria but I find that a place that does it well, everything else is above par This place is no exception... Lukewarm to bed double side tape pork Mongolian Beef that tasted like it was from yesterday and black bean shrimp with watery sauce. I was also disappointed in the delivery service where the delivery guy did not bring the food up to my door. I had a meeting downstairs in the front lobby which sort of the seats the purpose of me getting delivery in my pajamas. Another Chinese food place bites the dust I'll have to further my quest for the perfect double sauted pork.

I have lived in Boynton Beach for 7 months and have been searching for a quality Chinese take out restaurant. Of course, 1 month before I head to Denver, I find Wing Wah Express. This place is awesome, quick, and the food is incredible. Highly recommended!

When my husband and I moved to West Boynton Beach we were hesitant to try Chinese restaurants as you just never know what you're going to get. Wing Wah was our first try (being closest to our apartment) and we didn't have to look anywhere else. Although I've definitely had better quality meat elsewhere, I was impressed by their customer service, quality of vegetables and the size of their portions. The lunch and dinner combinations definitely give you the most bang for your buck!

Yuck!! The worst chinese I have ever had. Everything about it was horrible to the overload of bean sprouts...when I asked for none! To the gummy texture of the sweet and sour chicken. The sweet and sour sauce tasted like a watered down liquid jolly rancher. The rice was swimming in grease. I took a bite of each and then tossed it in the garbage! I will continue to drive to Boca for CHINA ONE!

Great take-out spot. Flavorful dishes, friendly service and very clean. The soups, lo mein, egg foo young, sweet and sour pork and wontons were all delicious. Everything was prepared the way we requested and nothing was missing from the bag- which was a nice surprise! The veggies were fresh/crisp and all four of us were really pleased.

I live within walking distance to 2 horrible Chinese restaurants. I was very surprised when I moved to Boynton (from Philly) that it was so hard to find good Chinese food. I was ready to succumb to the fact that I'd just have to give up on that craving ... But then I ventured to blindly order delivery from Wing Wah. I have ordered 3 times so far and every time the food was very good. So far ....best I've found in Boynton.

This is a fine and well run family business. Their food is excellent, and I strongly recommend trying a few dishes here. I have been to many Chinese restaurants in South Florida, and while this isn't magical Chinese food, it is very well made, with ingredients that appear to be of very good quality. It is far superior to other local Chinese restaurants, none of which I go to, because of Wing Wah. Wing Wah is clean and is probably the only Chinese restaurant that I can order from without fear of being sick. I don't understand why some people have had less than optimal experiences here, I have ordered from Wing Wah at least twice a month for nearly a year, and have yet to find any issue. I'm also fairly picky. The portions are of a good size, and I'd strongly recommend the dozen fried won tons. They're filled with pork and are a meal on their own and are very fairly priced for the amount of food they give you. Value is the most awesome part about Wing Wah. Their prices are incredibly fair for the size of the portions, the quality of the food, speed, and just pure awesomeness that is Wing Wah. A single guy could easily get a weekend of food for $12, or splurge a $20 and impress a special lady with your awesome choice in Chinese food. They never mess up...it's a fail safe, go to, delivery Chinese joint guys!

Ok, lets get right to the point. Wing Wah Express is just a "Chop Suey House" Restaurant in a Strip Mall located next door to a Publix Supermarket. Yeah, it has a few tables and chairs for the infrequent customer who wants to eat ,in but its primarily a take-out joint. That said, they have the Best Chinese Food IMO in Palm Beach County....Period! Being a "Foodie" and loving Chinese Food from Chinatowns in San Francisco, NY, Boston, Montreal, etc, their food at Wing Wah is outstanding. No, they don`t have "Dim Sum" with push-cart servers or genuine Chinese BBQ with a hanging Duck or Pig, but everything they prepare is spot on. Like a previous poster mentioned, the House Special Young Chow Fried Rice with a few added extra bean sprouts is off the chain. Everything I`ve tried on their Menu is very good to excellent. You will not be disappointed!

I love Wing Wah! A Chinese restaurant is pretty much the same anywhere you go but these guys have it down to a science... Besides the traditional stand-by menu, they offer several unique dishes. My favorite is the Wing Wah Pork... I'm not going to spoil the surprise but trust me you'll like it. The coolest thing though is they computerize everything, so next time you call they'll say "Hi Mike, last time you got the wing wah pork and lemon chicken, are you still at boynton drive?" Excellent service, NEVER a mistake yet. 5 stars

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
